Anyway, I been tinkering around again and came up with Oathbreaker. Really once I got into piloting this thing the left handed grenade launcher is what brings it together. It allows you to give a rapid nasty one two punch with the linear cannon, or nice smack in the middle of one the better MGs trackingwise. Even with my decaying knowledge that steady play brings I feel like this core is solid enough to throw around. IP: Logged |

Ah man, been so long....Now I'm not even sure if my PS2 is still working these days. Guess it wouldn't really matter either way though; I'm too lazy to hook it up right now . I suppose it's a good thing that, at one point, I had all of the SL parts pretty much memorized. I don't remember much now though...but yet. Let's see...I loved the lefty grenade launcher. It always lended itself to pretty much any setup. Need some extra bang without having to pay a big price on weight? Then that lefty GL is a great way to do it. I toyed around with a LIC-10/GRSL combo a bit back in the day and it was a pretty wicked one-two punch. The base you've got it on looks pretty damn solid too. I can't remember why now, but I wasn't a big fan of the EAS arms. It was probably for some stupid ass reason though :P. I also can't really recall, but didn't solid extension shields add instability? Well for some reason, the only thing that I can think that would be a potential problem would be stability. But that worry is fleeting as I can't trust my own knowledge without trying the design out for real. But this is undoubtedly a solid design from the weapon setup and from what I can remember from the frame parts. It's nice to see a design posted around here after so long IP: Logged |

I.. I don't even remember parts anymore.I think we will now declare this the best AC ever. Because for all I know, its overweight by 3000, has no good stats, and _________ (insert armored core comments I cannot remember there) haha IP: Logged |

I generally will come in here once every few weeks if I don't have anything else to do. 9 times out of 10 there's nothing new (as if I should be expecting something new). Once in a while though, you'll get a new post or thread. It's like winning the lottery, except less rewarding :PIP: Logged |

That's kind of funny. This shows Mech's post being edited but it does not show Brians being edited. Either Brian changed his mind about the post or someone changed his mind for him. So what happened to your rant about SL being so out of date that nobody even plays it anymore? Mech, I know you saw his earlier rant... and as always... Silent Line is my Favorite of the AC series bar none. I do know a few old gearheads that lurk here every now and again. Point of fact.... how many cores from newer AC games do you see being posted here? Just wanted to let you know, you just about provoked me to respond, but when you modify your own post and don't even show it is edited.... shows your own morals. IP: Logged |
