It's been a long while since I have seen this brought up around here so here it goes. All through the AC series there has been things thought of as abuses. To list a few PLOW, OP-Intensify and a wide array of parts that were considered broken. I am not saying any of the above are warrented, what I am curious about is if the newer AC games have the same sort of issues? IP: Logged |

Truthfully I haven't seen any part ban lists since LR, though that doesn't necessarily mean they don't exist somewhere for AC4 (I can't keep up with that **** anymore). Though the neat thing about AC4 and onward is that they get new updates (regulations I think they're called) which change a lot of things from gameplay mechanics to individual stats on parts. I'm extremely happy that FROM decided to go with that system. Provided they actually do the part and gameplay balancing correctly, it means that the AC community won't have to wait a year+ for a new AC game to release with new changes that may OR may not resolve the issues of the previous game.IP: Logged |

There are a few bugs with the newer games most revolve around the blade to the point of them banning them in Japan, completely. For Americans it is use at your own risk. This is the way it was explained to me: The servers that you connect to are in Japan, so while they still have blade lag it in noting like what we will experience.... Now I can't say how true it is because I've beaten japanese players with the blade before but that is what they say. Really though there are ways around every glitch that the game may have. The top way around every weapon seens to be hiding. This is especially true at "Big Box" GA's former HQ in ACFA, as people love hiding in the massive gun barrels. This has caused complains aswell. Then again the game could have been perfect, people would have complained about that too.IP: Logged | |
