Capcom Vs SNK Tournament Wrap Up

The format for this tournament was as follows;  3 pools of players play everyone else in there pool.  The best winning record automatically advances to the finals.  The second best record goes to a wild card pool.  Third best goes to the sudden death pool.  One person in the sudden death pool will advance to the wild card pool.  In the wild card pool the top two advance to the finals.   The winner would be determined by another round robin in the final pool.  Here are the results;

For Taiyon's last match against Bobby he used 1 level 4 Dan for the match.  That made for a fun match to watch.

This pool resulted in a three way tie.   A tie breaker was held both results are below.

Finals

Dan took top honors by defeating Ali in the last match.  The interesting thing about this though is that if Ali was able to get the victory it would have been a 5 way tie for first.   

$75 went to first and each of the 2nd place finishers got $10.  I look forward to a larger turn out next time.  Thanks to all who came and congrats to Dan.
