Super Smash Bros/Mario Tennis Tournament Wrap Ups.

 

The format for this tournament was as follows;  2 pools of five teams play each of the other teams in their pool.  The best winning record of each pool would go against the winner of the other pool.   Here are the results;

Smash Bros. Finals

In the finals it was Bobby and David Vs. Dondre and Thomas.  The settings for the final was 10 minutes.  In the end it was Thomas and Dondre who would get the win.  This was a victory that was a long time coming for Thomas and Dondre.  These two have been coming to our tournaments for a very long time (since March.)  And they have been to a lot of them.  Thomas is able to hold his own in allot of games, but has never been able to get a win.  Dondre is one of our youngest participants.  (I think 8 years old), and shows up to allot of our tournaments just to have fun.  Not to take anything away from their opponents, but I was glad to see them win for once.

In this pool there were a lot of matches that didn't need to take place.  Pat and Matt would advance to the finals.

Mario Tennis Finals

Matt K and Pat would take on Matt A and Nate F. in the finals.  Despite what looked to be a comeback for Matt A and Nate,  Pat and Matt K would hold them off for the win.
