According to loads and loads of Sony fanboys on the Net and newsgroups, the two previously released trailers of Metal Gear Solid 2 for PS2 are in fact gameplay footage. Well, I’m sorry to burst your collective bubble, people, but there’s now real gameplay footage from the upcoming MGS2 demo online, and, while it does look pretty, it certainly isn’t as pretty as the computer-rendered clips Konami has been feeding us for the past 6 months. Take a look, this picture (along with a couple hundred others) can be found over at Videogames.com.  I’m sure that the game will still rock our worlds, but come on, people (I’m talking to you Sony-biased folks), don’t believe everything the game companies feed you – we’ve been seeing this kind of trickery for years – there are even people online who believe that GameCube Metroid footage is gameplay!
