Jake's House Of Scary Stuff!

Well boys and girls, parents of all ages, its that time of the year again. You know, the time of year when you have to pay $25 for a cheap bag of candy just to give it to a eight year old brat. The time of year when you pay ten bucks just to see a guy in a cheap rubber mask attempt to scare you. That time of the year when you dish out nickels and dimes to get a costume of Elvis only to see the kid next to you look better in a Pikachu. Most of all, its that time of year when us gamers get to play the latest goodies in video games!

Oh course, the one that strikes my attention would have to be those darn Spook Houses. Every year I go to one of these spook house just for the hell of it. Then every year I see the same things, witches, ghost, vampires, the evil white masked Jason, even a short mad scientist! I'm still looking for a guy in a Bill Clinton suit with a Monica right next to him. Then it struck me, why isn't there a Spook House with Video Games in it? Imagine that, all the evil, most horrifying things that exist in video games today and yesterday. Hey classics never die. This is why I put forth some of my time to scare you "Hardcore" gamers and make you run to your mommy's. So I welcome you to JAKES HOUSE OF SCARY STUFF!!! MAHAHAHAHAHAHA...aaaa ya.

- What's worse then Poke'Mon! Every where you go you see ether a Poke'mon on the TV, a Pikachu drinking milk, or even invading my eggo's! Will it ever stop!

- The GameCube having a handle? Another mistake by Nintendo! What's worse? I know, mini DVDs!

- The PS2 having a $299.95 price tag! I better start saving my milk money, maybe by October 26 I can purchase the $14 stand!

- The Turbo GrafX 16! Its come back from the dead to haunt me!

- The different amount of launch titles for the PS2! One magazine says 18, another 54... will it ever stop?

- The X-Box, more developers, oh the horror.

- The difficulty of even trying to design a RPG on RPG Maker! What? A new magic ability? Select character? Where's the think button at?

- The price of a Tenchi Muyo OAV Box Set. Hey it's not gaming, but someone has to know!

- Sega Dreamcast's Royal Rumble! Just the mier sight of the case makes me scream in fright!

- The ending of Chrono Cross! Why oh why must it end..:sigh:.

- Waiting for Final Fantasy IX to come to store shelf's! COME FASTER!!!

- Dayne! Show that Genesis Controller who's boss! Ouch. Well one thing that's scary enough for me is the strength of those darn Genesis Controllers Blow after blow on the Game Hits Sidewalk, Dayne just couldn't make it go to pieces... until a half hour later.

- The decision of whether to get Dead or Alive Hardcore for the PS2, or Tekken Tag Tournament. Which one which one?

- Danger Girl, nuff said.

- The obsession of Mags and the PS2! My personal opinion....... I now pronounce you man and machine.

- Another Lara Croft game, this time they are larger then ever, am I'm not talking about the levels.

- Light bulbs lighting up in gaming forums, who's to blame?

- Resident Evil Survivor having no light gun support! Now that's scary. Then you get eaten by zombies! Hey let go of that!

- Infogrames buying out Mattel! Another company to add to their growing list of bought out companies.

- No Japanese developers for the X-Box. This has to be the first time in history that there is no Japanese support for a gaming system! Now that's scary!

- Spyro The Dragon not going to the PSX but the X-Box, please lets move ahead, I'm starting to get scared now.

- NOOOO PLEASE NOOOO!!!!!! The number of PS2 systems being shipped to the US for Launch Day! ONLY 500,000!!! Where does the line start at?

Here's just a few of the many scary things in the gaming world. The problem with this is the fact that they are all REAL! No rubber masks here, just plain horror! Well until next time gamers. Have a safe and Happy Halloween from all us here at Game Hits. Oh yes remember to run your candy under a metal detector before eating.
